Your Questions, Answered

  • Do I need to supply any tools or power?
No. My mobile service vehicle is fully self-sufficient. I bring all the professional tools, jacks, and diagnostic machinery required to complete your repairs safely on-site.

  • What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
If you have a garage, shed, or large carport, we can work through most weather conditions. If the work must be done outside on a driveway and the weather makes a safe repair impossible (heavy rain or freezing snow), we will contact you to reschedule for the next available dry slot at no extra cost.

  • How do we handle ordering parts for my bike?
For routine servicing oil filters, brake pads, spark plugs), let me know your bike details when booking, and I will source high-quality OEM or premium aftermarket parts ahead of time. If a diagnostic visit reveals you need a specific replacement part, I can order it for you, or you can source it yourself for me to fit during a follow-up slot.

  • Can you fix my bike at my workplace?
Yes, provided you have permission from the landowner or property manager, and there is a safe, flat area (off the main road) where I can park my vehicle and work on your motorcycle safely.

  • Are there any types of bikes you don't work on?
I work on almost all major makes and models of road bikes, cruisers, adventure bikes, commuters, and scooters. If you have a highly specialized vintage classic or a rare import, just drop me a message via the quote form first to confirm.
